Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We despatch all orders via Royal Mail, Evri or DHL tracked services. Orders usually arrive within 2 working days, though it can occasionally take up to 5 working days. If it's been longer than 5 working days, please contact us and we'll look into it.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — we offer free UK delivery on orders over £30.

Storage & Freshness

How should I store nuts and dried fruit to keep them fresh?
Keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For longer shelf life, especially with nuts, you can store them in the fridge or freezer. See our full storage guide for more detail.

Allergens & Ingredients

Do your products contain allergens?
We handle a wide range of nuts, tree nuts, seeds and other allergens across our range, so traces may be present even in products that don't list them as a core ingredient. Always check the "Ingredients & Allergens" section on each product page before ordering, and if you have a severe allergy, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange an order?
Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email info@megafoodplus.co.uk. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away at info@megafoodplus.co.uk if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, so we can put it right.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. Most of our products are available in bulk sizes from 5kg up to 25kg, with pricing that improves with volume. Visit our Wholesale & Bulk Ordering page to learn more or apply for a trade account.

How do I get a trade account?
Apply through the trade account application linked on our Wholesale page. Once approved, you'll get your own login to place orders, view invoices and documents, and message us directly.
